PERSONAL TRAINING

As the name implies, this is ‘in person’ Personal Training built around getting you the results you want, as fast you’re willing to go get 'em.

The outcome is typically straight forward, and usually involves:

  • Weight loss

  • Toning/ body shape

  • Getting fitter and stronger

  • Becoming the most epic-est version of yourself

Everything is included to get you there- In person training sessions, Training programme (to follow outside of PT sessions), Nutrition coaching, Progress tracking and ongoing support via a training app and an online community.

*Note: I am genuinely limited for PT slots (this isn’t just a sneaky marketing ploy) so it might be best to register your interest sooner rather than later so we can either get your started or add you to the waiting list.
