Health & Fitness is a journey that should never end

If your diet or training plan has an expiry date...

If you're not able to continually train with a certain regularity, volume or intensity...

If you're not able to sustain any lifestyle changes in relation to reaching your goal...

Then any success that you have is going to be short lived

I'm not talking about training and dieting for shows, competitions or the sporting arena here- in fact to get results in this way extremes are often very necessary

This also has nothing to do with not challenging yourself by setting long, medium & short terms goals- in fact these are all great ideas

I'm talking about the vast majority of us that that are looking for life long health & fitness results through balance and integration

Your journey should be based on finding out what works for you, what you enjoy most and what keeps you happiest, healthiest and performing at the highest level

Look at it as a continual investment in yourself rather than a temporary solution
